About the event
Since 2022, this beautiful tradition begins to remember our dead, a procession takes place from the pantheon of Creel to the main square where there is an altar of the dead and a parade of people dressed as catrina and catrín takes place.
On November 1st, a procession takes place from the Creel pantheon to the main square where there is an altar of the dead and people dress and paint themselves as catrinas and catrinas and the best one is awarded. A warm cinnamon drink is shared.
